Since June 2025, Roskomnadzor has been actively restricting access to foreign providers, including OVH. This prevents players from Russia from connecting to your server. Unfortunately, more and more foreign providers are being blocked every day, so we (or any other hosting provider) cannot guarantee the availability of foreign locations.
Using Anycast services (e.g. NeoProtect, TCPShield) can guarantee temporary availability, but this is not a fully reliable solution. Roskomnadzor is blocking more and more foreign IP addresses every day, so the chance of Anycast services being blocked is extremely high.
To ensure full accessibility for players from Russia, you can purchase a game server in the ‘Russia, Moscow’ location. At the moment, this location is only available for premium servers. You can find out more about the differences between locations and nodes on the relevant wiki page.
