If you contacted support, you may have been asked for a link to your server. This is necessary so that the hosting team can quickly find your server and perform any necessary actions on it.
Where can I find the ‘server link’?
Go to the game panel and select your server.
Click on the address bar of your browser and copy the link. This is your “server link”.
Do not be afraid to send this link to public chats. Only you and the hosting staff will be able to follow it and perform any actions. Outsiders who want to follow it will see a 403 ‘Access denied’ error.
